As you all know summer is already here and we all want to look good in our bikins, shorts, crop tops, the list goes on... And if you're been hella busy like me during the year replacing your workout times to working on uni stuff and even rest, then you'll probably all want fast solutions to help you get motivated into working out non stop in order to keep the good shape during the summer.
I must say that I'm a little (a lot) lazy when it comes down to working out and even making diet plans because eating is one of my favorite things to do, and even though I don't gain a lot of weight, I love being in shape and also feeling healthy, and my eating habbits have been getting better, but since I hardly ever work out I tend to get tired very easly, so I've decided to try out the Skinny Coffe Club 28 day program in order to see my progress and once I finish I will let you guys know all about it.
